Truth is… I meet way to many business owners who think because they have some basics in place (website, social media, business cards) and then go out to networking events, that this will be enough to grow and survive in business. It’s very competitive out there, so you need to have a SMART PLAN and a COACH who will help you get there if you want to make some real money!

Business Discovery Session - 1 hour

This is where we start together…..This online session MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL NEW EXPOSURE COACH CLIENTS. The benefit of this session is for us to get to know each other, and to educate you, the business owner on some business fundamentals to help you gain some clarity and focus moving forward.  This session takes one hour and at the end of the session, you walk away with a Sales Process Infogram that demonstrates a basic Sales Process (that can be customised)  and a checklist of all essential business & marketing documents. You can then choose to go ahead and do this work yourself or engage Janine to assist you further. There is no obligation to continue working with Janine from this point. The session investment is $100 and is payable upfront at the time to booking. On booking you will also receive a Sales and Marketing Audit form that must be filled out and submitted at least one day prior to your session. All meetings are completed via GoTo meeting, so that we can chat online whilst you are looking at my screen.  Most clients go on to weekly Accountability Sessions.

Regular Accountability Sessions 30 minute x 4

Just like fitness training, you get much better results when you are “Accountable” to a trainer, compared to training on your own.  My 30 minute Accountability Sessions give the business owner clarity moving forward plus a chance to answer any burning questions. We discuss what has happened in the past week, and set tasks for the next week. We share ideas and inspiration as we work together.

Janine can also be set “extra tasks” at this session such as artwork and/or content for marketing. Extra work is invoiced at an hourly rate and paid upfront after the session. Accountability Sessions are paid for in advance and in blocks of 4. They are $50 for each session and can be set for weekly or fortnightly.

Keap/Infusionsoft offers email marketing, and a sales platform that includes products that manage and optimise the customer life-cycle, customer relationship management, marketing automation, lead generation and capture, webforms, marketing campaigns and e-commerce. 

Janine is able to purchase the software on your behalf for a better rate, set up your software and maintain it for you. This includes monthly mail-outs to your clients, and marketing campaigns linked to social media. Separate costs apply for setup and ongoing services.

In fact if you can’t sell yourself, how on earth do you expect others to buy from you?  Fact is, “Sales” and “Selling” is a form of manipulation as you are trying to effectively “persuade” people to buy your product or service. So it’s pretty important to know how to sell if you want to stay in business right!  Janine provides fun and interactive Sales Coaching sessions to business owners so that they can begin to understand how buyers, “Buy” and more importantly understand what it takes to make a sale these days. Many business owners, simply do not do ENOUGH to make the sale because they, “don’t want to be pushy” but this can actually be costing you sales!  Learning how to sell is a CRAFT as nobody is born to sell. It is an important skill-set that can single handedly take your business to the next level!

Your marketing is how you display yourself to the entire world, so the last thing you should be doing is putting sub-quality images and text online! She can also create engaging, and more persuasive content (text) for your documentation and other advertising. An hourly rate applies for this service.
